Animal Law Symposium were founded by Joshua L. Friedman, Esq., and Gary C. Norman, Esq.
The Journal is published once annually by the Mid-Atlantic Lyceum, which is the Advisory
Board for the Journal. The Journal is published exclusively online. Views expressed within the
Journal editions are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Lyceum
or of its officers, directors, editors, members, or staff.
The Journal works in collaboration with Maryland State Bar Association Animal Law Section
